T that never saw the light of day. While talking about his career Scot brought up THE TWONKY and MONSTER THAT CHALLENGED THE WORLD. Conried was silent for a moment, then said, half jokingly, "You're trying to scandalize me, aren't you?"

Was one of these "old guys" Gus the kindly ol' fireman from Leave it to Beaver? I just seem to remember him in this film. Or am I drinkn' too much Salton Sea water?

And listen to this resume: played old man in ATTACK OF THE GIANT LEECHES....Man reporting murder at station in RETURN OF DRACULA....member of tribe in TEENAGE CAVEMAN, stints on..TWILIGHT ZONE,SCIENCE FICTION THEATER,ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS......OK now we're all a little wiser with some trivial trivia. Skaggs, you mention SFT, with " I am your host Truman Bradley" and that great dramatic music,it brought back some memoris from the 50s,some of the episodes were very well written. thanks,JM

Several years ago my 21-year-old daughter watched few of them with me and told me what good-looking guy she thought he was. He definitely didnt have a weight problem back in those days. In my favorite one (cant remember the name) Tim hides a tightly-rolled stack of money in the barrel of his gun . . and then has to talk his way out of several gunfights because he knows he cant shoot anybody! __________________ Is there no man on this earth who has the wisdom and innocence of a child?

I might have to track down a couple of his westerns, thanks for sharing that. I love watching this along with IT! The Terror...from the double feature Midnite Movie disc.
