I have to respectfully disagree with your respectful disagreement. I think Beast is a very solid film that holds up well. The pace may seem slow to modern viewers, but I myself cannot watch many new horror films, with their gazillion quick cuts and CGI fx bouncing off the walls, without thinking "For god sake, relax!"

Feb 12 10 8:11 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	As a movie I liked its typical 50s style and pace. The rhedosaurus is still one of my favorite Harryhausen creatures and one of my favorite all time movie monsters.
