Yea I was in jr high school, thats middle school to you young dweebs nowdays, back in the end of the 60s and high school in the 70s here in good old USA..... Christopher lee ruled back then... I WAS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE LIVED IN GREAT BRITON IN THE MIDDLE AND LATE 60s and WATCHED THE ORIGINAL DR WHO, ORIGINAL SAINT, ORIGINAL ALL IN THE FAMILY, ORIGINAL ...OH...THOSE DARN SPACE PUPPETS THAT WERE LIKE STAR TREK..LOL .... but i cant remember any british horror back then, but all briton had then was BBC 1 , and a bunch of pirate fm radio stations...lol ... ANYWAYS.... HAMMER IS RELEASING A NEW HORROR FLICK THIS FALL CALLED THE WAYWARD WOOD... not sure what its about... you might check out the HAMMER WIKI ... i think theirs info there.. gotta go time to brain some zombies... well..actually just beat the kids and kick the dog..LOL

You weren't as fortunate as you thought you were back in the '60s as your telly seems to have been missing the BBC Two and ITV channels that the rest of us had. The new "Hammer" film is called The Wake Wood. The last report on it was that it may end up not going out with the Hammer label on it although Exclusive are behind the distribution. (07/03/09 11:12 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite	And some of us Brits had 4 channels, if you where in the right area you could pick up Yorkshire t.v. another independent station like I.T.V. Which if any one remembers it, showed all the classic monster films on a Friday night in the late 60's under the name Monster movies. Quite the ticket. I also heard that Ingrid Pitt, Caroline Munro, and I think Valerie Leon, or Martine Beswick, where going to collaborate on something for hammer. Though this was last year, anyone know what happened?
