No, but it's included in a German tv documentary on Paul Wegener. It's very brief: You see the Golem and a man (presumably his master) enter what looks like a basement blacksmith shop. The Golem works at the anvil and then at the bellows and displays such strength at these tasks that the man is astonished. That, as far as we know, is all there is. Henry

PRANGE Neat, it's frankly better than I expected as Student of Prague 1913, looked more crude to me. Now I'm really sad it's gone. So the legendary Famous Monsters issue stating it was found in a antique store cut into various lengths, but recovered intact is still hogwash?

And I wonder how widely distributed it was worldwide (US, England....). And that clip begs the question: *what* is up with that final shot of the doppel-Golems? He sees you....when you're sleeping........

Much more interesting than I had imagined. How can they be sure that these Gorilla clips are definitely from that film as there were innumerable uses of men in gorilla suits back then? I guess the clips were marked.

Mar 7 07 3:10 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Those first two GORILLA shots look like they might have been intended to play behind the credits. THE GOLEM footage is fascinating; the shape seems more slender than in the later film, perhaps because Wegener himself was thinner then.
