While I've seen my share of serials, I've mostly seen the major ones with characters I know, and could likely spend the rest of my days exploring that world and still never get to them all.
What slows me sometimes is the time commitment. When I see a post from Laughing Gravy and others extolling some lost cliffhanger, I wonder how they found the time, or more precisely, just how they watched the serials most efficiently.
I've tried the one-chapter-a-night approach, but I usually end up watching three or four chapters in a big chunk. I've also played with the idea of one different serial chapter on a different night (Mondays, Nyoka; Tuesdays, Coast Guard S.O.S.; etc.), but that's too organzied.
So how do serial fans approach these mammoth viewings? In one fell swoop? One at a time? Skipping opening recaps til the escape?
