after Blazing the Overland Trail they did re-release about two older titles per year. I am working on a listing of all of those re-releases.

I have always wondered about Columbia's re-release schedule. Jack Mathis covered Republic's schedule in VALLEY OF THE CLIFFHANGERS SUPPLEMENT. I have seen many Universal serials under Filmcraft and Commonwealth logos. Were those theatrical or television releases, and if theatrical, would anyone have dates?

But as far as I know, it was the success of AN EVENING WITH B&A, plus the then-current pop art/camp craze (in no small part thanks to Andy Warhol), that led directly to the BATMAN TV show with Adam West.

I always wondered if Irv Novick or any of the other comic books artists Lichtenstein plundered had any legal recourse?
