MISS ROBIN CRUSOE, a distaff version of the classic novel, has a moment in which Friday does some predictions. I described the incident more fully in my review:http://nummtheory.blogspot.com/2012/01/miss-robin-hood-1954.htmlI'm currently re-reading Wilkie Collins' MOONSTONE, in which the Indians seeking their stolen gem are guided by psychic techniques, though none of the British characters believe in such "poppycock." I assume that an accurate adaptation of MOONSTONE would fit this topic. I recently got hold of a cheapie 30s version of the story but I haven't watched it yet. I'm betting it doesn't bother with the psychic stuff.Anyone seen a full adaptation of the Collins work?
