Thanks for your kind comments. I was fortunate to have grown up a few miles from a park with a classic Pretzel and one-of-kind Tracy dark ride. I wish they had not closed the Pretzel (then Laff In The Dark) after the 1963 season as it was the best of its kind I've ever ridden. My dream is that somebody in my region will someday reveal a facade photo of Crescent Park's Laff In The Dark. It was an amazing piece of art. As for the gorilla, I "loaned" it to the former Lincoln Park in nearby Dartmouth, MA in 1985 for use in its Monster dark ride. The ride was in neglect and I thought it needed a new scare. The park closed down the next year and an arsonist set fire to the ride. So I never had a chance to retrieve my gorilla. At least I had it for seven years, and it was cool knowing what a key figure it was in the Riverboat. Yes, we do plan to shoot a third DVD. We have several dark rides under consideration.
