" Yes, I remember this opening very well, though I hadn't remembered it specifically from "Chiller". Seems to me I remember "Chiller" on Saturday afternoons, right after "The Outer Limits". Say, does anyone else remember the graphics on the cue card used during the the "bumpers" (when they broke to a commercial, and when they came back from a commercial)? I remember it was a black and white picture of what looked like a disembodied head hanging by it's hair (maybe it was a shrunken head). It was, I believe, on the left-hand side, with the word "Chiller" and the station ID in white on the rest of the image. Funny, but I can still picture this image in my "mind's eye" even though I haven't seen "Chiller" in probably 4 decades! Yes, Saturday afternoon. That's when I remember seeing films on "Chiller," such as THE DISEMBODIED.

Sep 27 12 6:41 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Have been going through the earlier comments and am hurled back into time. Strange Tales of Science Fiction, Chiller and Thriller. "Crawling Eye" was an all-time favorite more because of the clairvoyant. Remembering going with the family to buy a new/used car (a Dodge with push button automatic--guess my age!) but more important, had to be home for Chiller. Then it was in the afternoons. And I DO remember the shrunken head before or after commercials.
