I just watched Shock Waves again recently. It's one of those movies that just gets more and more entertaining for me with repeat viewings. Carradine and Cushing give terrific performances (particularly Cushing). The island location and abandoned hotel settings are haunting and effective. The water- nazi zombies are some of my favorite monsters of all time. I also love the grainy euro-horror ambiance of the film.........definitely a favorite.

The 28 Day/Week movies are just so obviously influenced by Romero's new zombie flicks that I had to include them. 28 Weeks
in particular is a movie that I feel will become a future "classic". To me it's everything that a zombie movie should be (except for
the absence of true "zombies"image
