Any CHFB member that is experiencing a problem that the admins cannot resolve directly should go to http://monsterkidclassichorrorforum.yuku.com/help/me
and describe the problem in a ticket to Support. The admins get the email and then we forward it to the proper channels with just a couple mouse clicks.
It's the fastest way to resolve a problem.
