Message received at www.inthebalcony.com this morning from Mr. Blair of VCI: We came in this morning to a real sh*t storm of complaints about the Black Friday sale so we obviously had a problem on the new website. As soon as our web gurus give us some explanation and fix what ever problem there was; we'll make sure everyone gets another crack at it. This time we're going to make it a 50% off coupon. I'll let you know something hopefully today.

My name is Christopher Rowe and I work for VCI. I received your email about the 40% off coupon not working for you. I wanted to personally apologize for the inconvenience and extend you a 50% off coupon to make up for your troubles.
Our system was recently updated and unfortunately for everyone the shopping cart didn't configure correctly which offset the expiration of the coupon. We have fixed this error and are now making amends.
