Finally watched this "restored" version from the Legends box set.
This is a wonderful campy film with Karloff and Myrna Loy really standing out . However, It's stated that the censored scenes are from an original camera negative but they are very grainy and the contrast is noticibly different.
If they used an original neg. print wouldn't the film be more uniform in contrast and grain..? Are we seeing a complete print or is this a composite from different negatives..?
