I'd like to second that motion. All in favour say "Riiitz"!

I think horror hosts finding a place on the ballot would be fantastic! Horror hosting is thought to be "dead" (pun intended) by so many but the truth is that it's NOT! It's just gone local again instead of national like w/ Elvira, Zach, etc. So in the case horror hosts make the ballot, we'd like to second the nomination for Ormon Grimsby of Monster Creature Feature and also second the nod for Count Gore De Vol! We'd also like to nominate the following horror hosts: A. Ghastlee Ghoul Doc Zombie Uncle Roy Hoggins For best book / best author we'd like to nominate horror author Kerry Marzock who penned the great werewolf book "Raven's Way". *coughs* Oh.. and we'd like to second (or is it third?) the nomination for Cult Radio A-Go-Go! for best streaming internet radio station...

Well, it'll be 13 after I order mine! And many more to come, I'm sure. As for two nominations 'costing you the Rondo,' the other way to view it would be an abundance of excellence. This ain't the Oscars, gang. Let's try to keep it a fun thing, OK?

At first glance,I thought series 3 of WHO was a bit of a disappointment, with some great episodes amid a bunch of less-than-great,but re-watching it again,it was in many ways the most arc-oriented of the current show, leading to a truly great second half. Starting with Paul Cornell's wonderful two-parter "Human Nature"/"The Family Of Blood",the much-loved "Blink" (probably the most "monster-oriented " of the bunch...it gave me the type of chills I remember getting from the best of Dan Curtis' 70s TV-movies),and then bringing the great actor Derek Jacobi (and John Simm) to bring back a villain most people would agree had devolved into a joke on the old series-The Master-and to let him finally make good on all those threats to "rule the earth",with major devastation. And even though The Doctor made things right in a SUPERMAN 2 kind of way, companions Martha's family are left with full memories of the horror of "The year that never was".Great stuff, and I'm sure other Who fans would agree with much I'm saying.
