Testimony of Saundra Kay Spencer before the ARRB in 1997--she is questioned by a lawyer named Gunn.  I will use their names

page 33

Gunn--Did you ever see other photographic material related to the autopsy?
Spencer--Just, you know, when they came out with books and stuff later that showed autopsy pictures and stuff, and I assumed that they were done in--you know, down in Dallas or something, because they were not the ones I developed.

Gunn--Did you see any photographs that focused principally on the head of President Kennedy?
Spencer--Right.  They had one showed the back of the head.
Gunn--Could you describe what you mean by the 'wound in the back of the head'.
Spencer--It appeared to be a hole, inch, two inches in diameter at the back of the skull here.

Several questions lead to where this hole would be if the President were wearing a hat and if it would be visible.
Spencer--Just about where the rim would hit.

Spencer is shown a diagram of a skull with the bones marked so she could put a circle where the wound was. Page 38-39

Gunn--And you put in some hash marks in there and then drawn a circle around that, and the part that you have drawn, the circle that you have drawn on the diagram is labeled as being part of the occipital bone, is that correct?
Spencer--Yes.
Gunn--Did you see any biological tissue, such as brain matter, extruding from the hole that you saw in the back of the head?
Spencer--No.
Gunn--Was the scalp disturbed, or can you describe that more than just a hole?
Spencer--It was just a ragged hole.
Gunn--And it is visible through the scalp, is that correct?
Spencer--Yes.
Gunn--Did you see any photographs with the skull pulled back or refracted?
Spencer--No.
Gunn--Did you see any other wounds on the head in addition to the one you have identified?
Spencer--I don't remember any additional.
