You know I spend a lot of time picking out the best copies to send people and spend extra on packaging in hopes to minimize damage. I mark everthing do not bend and fragile, yet I go to the post office and watch them destroy everything in 10 seconds. Today I took 2 medium flat rate boxes (each weighing about 15 lbs), 10 individual copies of #32, and 3 small padded envelopes with the MFTV Archives DVD to mail out. Everything was marked fragile and do not bend and already had postage on them. I hand them to the guy at the counter who promptly takes the individual copies and DVDs and throws them in a huge bin on top of all shapes and sizes of boxes. Before I could say "hey those are going to get destroyed" he takes the heavy boxes and tosses them about 20 feet of top of the other stuff. I say "hey you just damaged everything I mailed, his response is "that's the way we do it, we throw everything." I say "everything was marked fragile and do not bend, and you even asked if anything was fragile" and he again proudly says "that's how we do it, with throw everything." And they wonder why they continue to lose money. With such awesome customer service how is that possible? It's truly amazing anything arrives in one piece. I proudly say I HATE the USPS!
