Received my copy of Video Watchdog #174. One cannot expect Mr. Lucas to pulp an entire run of a magazine, so in truth there's nothing to be done about its contents. Still, if my CHFB friends will indulge, I feel the need to vent briefly.

I dislike that I paid money for 18 pages(!) of Lianne Copybaby's...well, can't really call it "work," now can we? To see it in the midst of fitting tributes to so many great talents we lost recently...it just seems really inappropriate. Unintentional on Mr. Lucas' part, I know, but still unfortunate.

I do take consolation that hard-working people like Ray Harryhausen, Jess Franco, and Richard Matheson will be remembered and respected long, long after it's "Lianne who?"

OK, I feel better now. Thank you for letting me vent. On to better days and more Video Watchdog's to come!
