You know, there are a lot of basic issues here -- protecting author material, lack of digital boundaries, detecting plagiarism, the growing cut-and-paste culture and personal responsibility. And many more.

But the more we stick to the facts in this sad case, and not snarky attacks or character assassination, the better the discussion will be.

For newcomers here, the CHFB tries to minimize the personal attack syndrome so common on the Web. So please stick to the story and not psychobabble about imagined motivations and the like. The story is wild enough without having to invent things.
