Well that explains it. I'd never even heard of Takasugi until I read Bill's post, and now I know why.

The packaging is slick cardstock (like the Universal monster DVD series) and is printed in the same metallic ink used for the promotional poster. With the bellyband, the DVD resembles a hardcover Japanese book:


The booklet is set on top of the GKOTM disc:


The booklet features a few stills and a detailed article by Steve Ryfle on the making of GODZILLA and how it was brought to America. The last page lists the chapters for both discs:
