Wrong Korea, Professor. YONGARY was made in South Korea -- the country that isn't ruled by a mad midget dictator with an Elvis fetish (although South Korea generates some pretty racist Anti-Japanese propaganda aimed at children). Anyhow, the reason why Yongary "dances," is because while attacking an oil refinery, is dowsed with some chemicals that causes irritation of its skin, and while trying to scratch its itch, looks like he's dancing (accompanied by surf music via a kid's transistor radio).
