Just heads up to people who might know the history, and a warning that we know the history here.  Probably not a good idea to register here just to review this movie.  Not saying people are astroturfing, but everyone will think you are so don't bother.
For a more accurate set of reviews, I highly recommend a visit to the Internet Movie Database's page (film number tt0425638). This site has much less spamming going on in its reviews since people actually have to sign up in order to post reviews, which makes it a lot harder to submit a plethora of fake reviews under various aliases.

If these honest reviews don't tip you off as to how bad this 'film' is, then maybe a few images will...
Since this thing won't accept web addresses, remove the parentheses from below:

This has a few actual screen captures (not altered in any way as Pendragon will have you believe), as well as one of the best "fan" edits I've seen of any movie. If that's not enough, the be sure to check out Pendragon's own website: pendragonpictures(.)com, which, for some reason, no longer has any images from their film they're so proud of.

If you read the reviews here, be sure to read PAST the first page. The producers of this film (and/or their friends) have been posting enough positive fake reviews about their film - on pretty much a nightly basis - in order to knock any negative reviews off the front page, and to artificially raise the ratings of this thing. I got tricked into buying this horrible disc because I read the first page of reviews, which were all positive. When the disc arrived, I thought Amazon made a mistake & sent the wrong one. It was beyond pitiful. I went back to Amazon & re-checked the reviews to be sure this was the same movie. Upon advancing to the second page and beyond, I found several real reviews, and a very noticable recurring pattern of 4-5 short, vague, uninformative positive reviews, almost all by first time reviewers that almost never use their real name. Many of these reviews - giving 4 & 5 stars - spend most of their time trying to discredit the negative reviews. What? Their only review is about a poorly made independent movie, and they spend the review complaiining about what other people think? And they all pick THIS movie for this?

Had I read those reviews first, I would never have wasted money or time on this thing. But I did, and not only have I regretted it ever since, I'm extremely angry about it. I've bought bad movies before - that's the not the point. I was lied to by the producers and their fake reviews, fraudulently tricked into thinking this was a professional production. This led me to write this review on Amazon: tiny(u)rl(.)com(/)ew5st

Shortly after writing that, another first time reviewer popped up with a glowing review (tiny(u)rl(.)com(/)z88vb) that said nothing of the movie, but instead, chose to defend against my claim that only people using the Real name system should be allowed to write reviews in order to control spamming. A large number of these first time reviewers seem to be taking the negative reviews kind of personal for some reason. I wonder why. After all, they must have bought the movie and enjoyed it, so how are negative reviews harming them? Unless they have something to lose?

If you read the reviews by people using the Real name system, you'll quickly see another pattern. The vast majority of those reviews are negative, and from people that have several other reviews to their credit. In fact, the balance of positive vs negative Real Name reviews is about the same as what you'll find on other review sites like IMDB.com, where you have to sign up to post reviews.

And finally... 695 reviews for this thing, which has been out for less than a year, while the original, and far superior, George Pal version, availalbe for many years, has only collected 205 reviews so far?

This movie is bad. It shows no attempt at any quality work, even though it has been claimed by the producers to have been in the works for several years and had a budget of between $12,000,000 and $40,000,000. I've read claims from them that they ran into trouble during production, but this doesn't explain how bad this is. I've seen films made for under $10,000 that are better exectured than many blockbusters, such as El Mariachi ($7,000), or the Star Wars fan film, Revelations (panicstruckpro(.)com(/)revelations), which cost a whopping $5,000 for the cameras, and sports effects that rival those of the official movies. So, what's Pendragon's excuse now?

He Who Is Still Angry About This Thing.
