I picked up the Screen Edge.

Aside from better sound, this is a horrible dvd. Badly transferred from NTSC to PAL, with heavy ghosting and very slow and jerky motion. Awful.

After reading the above I had yet another look at the SE: Gotta say, I really can't see any sign of "heavy ghosting" or "very slow and jerky motion" on my copy. (I'm playing it on a Sony blu-ray player)

That's not to say it's a great print - far from it.... but to me it does seem quite watchable.

Can I put it this way:
IMHO, if you happen to be an avid WZ enthusiast (like, for instance; if you shelled out for Gary D. Rhodes' book), then you might just derive some satisfaction out of being able to hear WZ properly at long last.... But if you're somewhat indifferent to the movie's charms, then the SE will do nothing for you whatsoever.
