It's all crap.

She got heavily into the swinger/drug/party scene in the 1960s, and by about 1970 was divorced and burnt out, not even 25 years old. Whatever career she might've had was a shambles. Exhausted and depressed, she returned to her hown town, Klangenfurt, Austria. She was hospitalized for a while and lived with her mother caring for her for several years. Dropping her assumed name "Susan Denberg," she withdrew from the world she had visited and went back to normal. She's lived there ever since.

Some people can handle being packaged and treated like a piece of meat. Others can't. Some let it kill them. She didn't.

She's alive. She-- like Yutte Stensgaard, and Victoria Vetri-- turned her back on the industry that treated her like a nameless commodity. I'd say that's a success story.

(How the hell would I know? Look me up on the IMDb. I've got her address. She never responded. And that's fine.)
