For the experimental reconstruction I did on VHS a few years ago I did include scenes from the Spanish version that were missing from the American one. It was interesting to watch, sort of squinting your eyes and imagining those scenes with the American cast, but it's not something that would make a good official restoration. I think the most significant change was putting in the scene where you hear Lucy being staked, then Harker and Van Helsing stop at the cemetery gate and talk about the look of peace she had, then they spot Renfield heading for Carfax Abby. To me that's the biggest whole in the American version. In the release version they never show what happened to Lucy and you have no idea why Harker and Van Helsing are just standing outside by a big gate at night.
