Gone With the West (1975) with Sammy Davis and Stefanie Powers - a western semi-comedy (yet not particularly funny) that has a subplot about Powers and James Caan trying to destroy a town by various improbable devices from a hilltop near the town, played for (mostly) laughs. Powers walks around as if she's acting in a silent comedy, Caan acts like he's in a spaghetti western, and Davis gets just a few quick chances to show his gunplay prowess.
