I didn't realize that they had a Library of Congress Day and they showed some really obscure films such as Liberty's TWO HEADS ON A PILLOW.
I didn't record anything else that day since I was not aware of Maltin being on.  Did I miss much?

I noticed it when I recorded Laurel & Hardy's short TOWED IN A HOLE, which I don't remember having seen before. Apart from that, I was away all day.

Anyone know what's up with Osbourne?  I hope he is OK.

I see his name associated with the theatrical simulcast of WEST SIDE STORY coming up in November, so perhaps he'll actually be "Live from Atlanta" (or wherever they tape) by then.

I agree that the guest hosts aren't bad, some better than others -- Leonard Maltin and Illeana (Granddaughter of Old Dark Vampire Bat Melvyn) Douglas come to mind.

I do prefer watching with hosts than not. Even that wiseguy announcer with the jokey 'coming up next' synopses during the day is fun.
