Alan Frank, who wrote a lot of the picture-laden horror books of the 1970s, was a close friend of Fisher's. He did hours and hours of interviews and has been working on a bio of Terry since 1977, I think. The last mention I saw of AF and a mention of the bio, was at a British convention in 2010. As it has been 31 years since Terry passed away, I'd dearly love to see the biography finally appear. Until then, my issue LSoH #19, totally devoted to Fisher, remains the final word on his life and career - it includes  Neil Barrow's Rondo-award winning "Adult Fairy Tales & Frustrated Love Stories: The Cinematic Legacy of Terence Fisher."
