Yup Santo did indeed deliver ALL his dialogue in ALL his films [as opposed to the stupid stoy in CHAIR SHOT TO THE HEAD which claimed he simply counted off the seconds or minutes his dailogue was supposed to last] and then a voice actor would re-dub all the dialogue. His first two films shot in Cuba that is indeed Santo's real voice but he had little in the form of dialogue in either film. Later films you could tell certain spots where they either forgot to re-dub a scene and Santo's real voice comes through or perhaps they went back after the original dub and inserted a scene with Santo's real voice coming through. The best examples I can think of are in SANTO IN DRACULA'S TREASURE when Santo and pals first enter the cave or crypt holding Dracula's coffin Santo is heard in his real voice claiming "Here it is" to his companions; and in the film SANTO VERSUS THE HEADHUNTERS, there is an opening battle sequence right after the opening credits in which Santo fights some thugs in an empty apartment or hallway, after the police come in to clean up the mess Santo has an exchange of dialogue with the officer in charge and it is indeed his voice coming through, then the real plot of the film begins and the next time we see Santo in the film his voice is once again dubbed over. The voice issue came full circle for Santo's last two films FISTS OF DEATH and FURY OF THE KARATE EXPERTS Santo delivered his very own dialogue, and to boot went around barechested even though he was over sixty by that point in his life!!!
