Wow, is there really any reason to belong to any other forum besides the CHFB?

Eureka, guys! I thought I would never figure out what this was, but I also knew that if I could find the answer anywhere, it would be here. After viewing some clips on Youtube, I am convinced that this is (mostly)what I saw. I am also now convinced that the third scene I described above was not from this film, but a completely different one - and in the many years since seeing it my memory had fused the two experiences together. I may have seen the films on the same day, or maybe the following weekend... or maybe... who knows... but definitely between '74 and '76.
So now I've solved most of the mystery, it's just the identity of the second film I'm still left puzzling.

I also discovered that apparently a young Hayao Miyazaki was involved with this... one of my modern heros responsible for freaking me out in my youth!
This is the second scene I described above:

Not exactly as I remember it, but as I stated, I was only about 5 or 6 (will be turning 40 next month), and had only seen it once. "Rise Robots Rise" became "rockabye baby" in my memory, associating the baby(?) rocking scene with the nursery rhyme. The gears became a conveyor belt, etc... I don't know why I remember the robots looking like bears, but I'm convinced that this is it.

PS - Mods, you can move this to the '60s folder since I now know that the film was released then, and not in the 1970s.
