I'll probably give the others a shot in the near future. Your porfle reviews in the other folder (along with gef and Python) really help me decide what to watch, and I'm a sucker for low-budget indies because the gems, as few and far between as they are, really stand out.

(I tend to prefer my cinematic menaces to be either human, supernatural or out-&-out monsters, rather than particularly lethal real-live animals -- for instance, I've never felt the slightest urge to see Jaws, heretical as I know that statement is).

Well, Jaws can be considered a monster due to sheer size and possibly a preternatural intelligence. But barring any major change in your viewing habits, gef, I would highly recommend Razorback if you haven't already seen it. It's the action/adventure/monster film that Pig Hunt tried to emulate, and failed miserably.
