Insofar as lost horror films go, my "most wanted" is WHILE PARIS SLEEPS (1923). It's Chaney's first horror film, was directed by fantasy-specialist Maurice Tourneur, co-stars future MGM heart-throb John Gilbert, and was one of the first films to feature a wax museum setting. You'd think those attributes would qualify it for some kind of "most wanted" status, even if only among horror fans. But NOOOOOOO!!!. Nobody seems to have any interest.
