I believe MGM owns the rights to BTKVD?Who really cares, though? It is not like I sneaked down a dark allay and slipped cash to a guy in a mask going by the name of the weasel. It was sold by Oldies.com, whom I called on a publicly available 800 number after spotting it on their on-line catalog. They are openly advertising it. I don't see any reason for a customer to think this is illegal. I don't have the obligation to check the copyright. If MGM has an interest in this, they should act to protect their interest. I am not going to do it for them.
