I seem to recall the early scenes on the boat, just as they're leaving New York, looking pretty bad with some obvious matte lines.

I haven't been able to force myself to sit through the whole movie, but of the parts I saw the stampeding sauropods had some density issues that gave the fleeing men a pasted on look.
