Well, I just wrote a whole long answer and the whole thing disappeared on me when I tried to add a smiley face. That'll teach me to get fancy. I'll just repeat here, thanks for the explanation of the B.Boys layoff in August. And thank you for the kind welcome. I accidently found this board when I did a search for information on why Bowery Boys were gone in August. So happens I'm also a big fan of old horror movies, anything before 1965 is great in my book, no matter how bad they are. Also love any comedies by Bowery Boys, Laurel & Hardy, & 3 Stooges. Those are the only 3 sets of comedy stars that I can gurantee will make me laugh within 5 minutes. I always laugh out loud when watching these guys, I can't say that for any other comedy star. Though John Candy was a close second. I can sit thru an entire new "comedy" movie and never so much as utter a titter. It's sad really, new comedies just don't know what's funny or how to be funny. There are a couple exceptions, but 98% of new comedies never make me even crack a smile, they do make me regret wasting my time watching them though. Now that's something I've never done whenever I watch any old movie of any type. Good to be here. I won't try to do a smiley face again. My fingers are getting tired of re-typing.
