Well, it was bound to happen at some point during these airings. My friend called me early this morning and said that his TCM channel from Cablevision was knocked out, and then when I checked my own cable I discovered I too had nothing but a black screen for TCM. Service wasn't restored until after the Bowery Boys movie had ended, and thus both of us missed taping TRIPLE TROUBLE today.

To add insult to injury, I hadn't checked last week's taping of LUCKY LOSERS yet... and when I did I found out that for some reason my machine had only recorded the audio, but no video! So that's 2 movies missed from this series. I can always make a dupe off my friend's copy of LUCKY LOSERS, though. And I've already contacted an online friend to see if he'd make us a copy of TRIPLE TROUBLE. Of course, of all these BB films it figures that it would be something "rare" like TRIPLE TROUBLE that we'd miss; between the two of us we've had copies of most of these movies over the years from channel 5 or A&E, but we never got TRIPLE TROUBLE before in any form.

Just release these damn things on DVD already, Warner!!!!!!
