(It's not really as bad as everyone who's only seen it on warn out PD Video sez it is.)

Oh, yes, I think GHOSTS ON THE LOOSE is every bit as bad and worthless as everyone says it is.  I know whereof I speak too, as the Roan DVD of GHOSTS is pretty crisp and sharp for a movie unfitting of such sterling treatment.
