Yep, I can say for certain that the movies and TV I saw as a kid influenced my main interests in life and my eventual career. Disney was a big part of that. I watched every episode of the DAVY CROCKETT series, the SWAMP FOX series, plus went to see JOHNNY TREMAYNE and TREASURE ISLAND with my parents. Aound the time of the Civil War Centennial, there were other series like THE GRAY GHOST that dealt with the Civil War. But in addition to TV and the movies, my incredible parents took me to Gettysburg, Jamestown, Williamsburg, the Halifax Cirtadel, and -- right down the road from my home town -- William Henry Harrison's tomb plus lots of other historic sites. So -- I end up being a museum director and historian, plus a Civil War reenactor. Surprise!
