There are three scenes that I recall pretty well -- the opening b/w sequence that got my Monster Kid juices flowing, and the hard-on-its-heels battle with Mr. Hyde that brought me down with a thud. Then the vampire-harpy attack on the village, which I thought worked fairly well. After that, I really don't remember much (except for a werewolf in a cage).

I bought a used copy of the DVD a while ago. Maybe I should revisit it for a better comparison.

By the way, David, I'm a great fan of the first Fraser/Vosloo Mummy film, and liked the second reasonably well. The third was just okay, but still fun in places.
