There were actually a few U.S.-made pictures that used OMBC footage after Valley of the Dragons (though nowhere near as much of it!). Off the top of my noggin, I can think of two: David L. Hewitt's 1967 very-low-budgeter Journey to the Center of Time (which used only a very small amount of OMBC footage, seen on the time chamber's viewscreen), and the execrable softcore skinflick One Million AC/DC in 1969.

About Valley of the Dragons, I find this loony riff on Verne's Career of a Comet to be surprisingly entertaining. The buddy-movie byplay between Cesare Danova and Sean McClory is fun, and then there's Joan Staley's jaw-dropping swimming scene ... Yikes!!

edit> Just thought of another late OMBC-user: 1970's Horror of the Blood Monsters, which may in fact be the last title to use it.
