This was the first time I'd seen either of these movies in years. The shock ending to HOMICIDAL was a lot more obvious than watching it on TV way too many years ago but hats off to TCM for including the 45 second 'fright break' before the conclusion. Had forgotten about the bits of intense violence in both features (they were probably heavily edited for television). The creepiest part of the double feature was Joan Crawford putting the moves on John Ireland. Yikes! She looked like his older sister...

I SAW WHAT YOU DID was made in 1965 & the theme music resembles something you'd have heard on a TV show about teenagers from that 'swinging' time period. All things considered I had a fun time watching two William Castle movies in a row even if I SAW WHAT YOU DID lacked the showman gimmicks he was best known for.
