I believe all of the Tod Slaughter/George King films were released in the US, which increased the films' chances for survival. But Slaughter also had a gimmick which made him attractive to American audiences: he was billed as "The Horror Man of Europe". The rest of the Quota Quickies weren't so lucky. I believe it was David Pirie who said something like" No other country on Earth has managed to so completely and efficiently destroy its film heritage as has the U.K." I've never seen a Quota Quickie. But having read about how they would make PRC look like MGM, I'm not sure I would want to.
