They certainly are, and Naish was one of the best. His extraordinary output in the '30's and '40's is testament to that. While I really enjoy the horror films he made, it is his performances in a great many Paramount "B" films that I love the most. He had to be one of the busiest actors on the Paramount lot in the late '30's, co-starring with the likes of Nolan,Preston,Quinn and Crabbe in picture after picture.
