Realistically, if you're going to exclude TV movies, animated films, stuff based on newspaper comic strips... how many theatrically released feature films have there been based on characters who were created in comic books? Answer is: a few dozen so the likelihood of one character being in a run of four is pretty small and, apart from Jackman and Reeve, you're unlikely to find another one.

Let's have a think:
Superman I-IV, Supergirl, Superman Returns (presumably we can't count the Kirk Alyn serial or the Mole Men TV lash-up)
Batman, Returns, Forever, And Robin, Catwoman, Begins, Dark Knight + the 1960s TV spin-off (presumably we can't count the serials)
Spider-Man I-III (can't count the Nicholas Hammond TV lash-ups)
X-Men I-III, Wolverine
Hulk I+II
Fantastic Four I+II
Hellboy I+II
Blade I-III
Iron Man
Howard the Duck
Daredevil, Elektra
Mystery Men
Tank Girl
Judge Dredd
Barb Wire
Men in Black I+II
Constantine
The Crow I+II (III+IV were DTV)
From Hell, League of XG, Watchmen, V for Vendetta
Swamp Thing I+II
Ghost Rider
Punisher x3
Spawn, Steel
TMNT I-III

There are a few more but that's the bulk of them and it's only 60 films. In the grand scheme of things, with the restrictions in place, this is a minute subgenre. And look: Supes, Bats and X-Men are the ONLY franchises to have made it to four theatrically released live-action features.

So the answer to the thread title is a very simple and obvious 'no'.
Superman - (Doesn't count. Comic heroes with names with "u" as the second letter don't count.)
Batman - (Doesn't count. Marsupial comic heroes don't count: Some bats have pouches.)
Spider-Man - (Doesn't count. Comic heroes who still live with their aunts don't count)
X-Men I-III, Wolverine - (Don't count. Marsupial comic heroes don't count. Wolverines have pouches.)
Hulk - (Doesn't count. See first line.)
Fantastic Four - (Don't count. Comic heroes with a movie so lousy it was never released don't count)
Hellboy - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count. Don't demons come from eggs?)
Blade - (Doesn't count. Marsupial comic heroes don't count: Some bats have pouches.)
Iron Man - (Doesn't count. He's not really made of iron. Truth in advertising first!)
Howard the Duck - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count. And movies series with T+A don't count - that includes duck titties.)
Daredevil, Elektra - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count. Don't devils come from eggs? Mmmmm, deviled eggs...)
Mystery Men - (Don't count. Comic heroes whose powers are flatus derived don't count)
Tank Girl - (Doesn't count. Comic heroes with marsupial sidekicks don't count)
Judge Dredd - (Doesn't count. See first line.)
Barb Wire - (Doesn't count. Movies series with T+A don't count)
Men in Black - (Don't count. Comic heroes whose powers are flatus derived don't count)
Constantine - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count. Don't angels come from eggs?)
The Crow - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count)
From Hell, League of XG, Watchmen, V for Vendetta - (Don't count. These are not comics people! They are Graphic Novels.)
Swamp Thing - (Doesn't count. Movies series with T+A don't count)
Ghost Rider - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count. Don't demons come from eggs?)
Punisher - (Doesn't count. See first line.)
Spawn, Steel - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count. Don't demons come from eggs? And Steel is not really made of steel, see above.)
TMNT - (Doesn't count. Oviparous comic heroes don't count)

I'm sorry, those are the rules.
