<Speaking of bear attacks, what of Reginald Le Borg's DESTINY(1944). Would any of you say this is a "lost film"? >
This is most defiantly not a lost film. It has never had an official video release of any kind but copies can be found on the gray market. I myself just saw the film a little over a year ago and it's a mixed bag. The opening 30 minutes which was shot by Le Borg is rather a drag and remind one off a cheap PRC picture. The last half of the movie however is quite good probably because it was an unused segment from the excellent anthology film "Flesh and Fantasy" released the year before and more than makes up for the badly made first half.
