So glad for Rick Baker's superb makeup. Man, that trailer sure gave me a buzz. The cast and setting look great. The music in the trailer sounds cool too. Any one know who's doing the score? Have to disagree with you on music in the trailer there, Lucky. That fast tempo percussion seems to be heard on so many thriller/adventure/horror trailers ad nauseum. Fortunately, it's not a real indication. IMDB lists no composer as of yet, just music director. It's my hope that just as much consideration goes into the choice of music as it obviously has for the other aspects of this film. The same half-dozen or so names seem to float about from picture to picture, as if a producer throws a dart on a short list in order to decide who composes it and (IMHO) have yet to come up with anything outstanding that would compliment the film, not just fill an audio void. A bad or lackluster score doesn't necessarily mean a bad film (I enjoyed THE DARK KNIGHT, for example) but a fine music score that really involves the viewer in the film as much as its story, performance or visual values would be the perfect icing on an already delicious cake! I agree Whats! Unfortunately today's movies recycle music and use them over and over again adnausium My theory is that the producers think that if they use music from another successful film they can "connect" their project with it...sort of if you liked that, you'll like this.

That music is likely recycled (or at least the style) now that you mention it. I just thought it worked well for this particular trailer and since I don't see a ton of modern films, it didn't stand out as repetitive for me. I also hope the film has a memorable score, Whats, as I really love that element in movies.
Koukol, how did I become Funkenstein? Not that I'm complaining. I love Candy Dulfer!
