Using gore to attract the teen market is counter-intuitive as more than a bit of gore will shove the picture straight into rated-R. I realize that some teens do still manage to sneak in, but the facts are PG-13 films typically do much better financially than their R counterparts, and this is simply because more people are available to fill up the theater.

If you want to attract the teen market, make a good movie. It's really that simple.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't let them tint the film blue like they do in all horror films now!!
From the footage shown at Comic Con, I think you've got your wish. I don't think it looked overtly tinted at all.
