I for one am very excited about this film, I haven't been this excited or enthusiastic since the teaser trailers for Bram Stoker's DRACULA, Mary Shelley's FRANKENSTEIN & SLEEPY HOLLOW!!! I just love gothic, period setting horror/dark grim fairy-tale films. I did have a chance to see the teaser clip and it looks amazing, with a great and talented cast and having one of the best makeup artists in the business to do this movie. In fact, my wife and I love Rick's work, a true artist.

I'm curious to know what director Joe Johnston's viewpoint/take on the material and how much of Walker's original script was left in tact. Is Johnston a horror fan or have a love for the classic horror films?? I also really do respect and love the fact that Baker stayed true to the original Wolfman, and made it, in a way, his own but staying 'faithful' to the original design. I can't wait too see him in all his monsterous glory!!!

By the way the cane in the movie, with the wolf's head, is that one of the original props from the 1941 film?

I'm pleased to see that there is one horror movie coming out where its not about a killer running and slaughtering teens, or some disturbing film where its based on true events or slasher flick, Instead we have a really cool monster film.
