The film could have been much better if the director/screenplay emphasized
the Lonely Twin and that burlap-sacked other guy who was apparently the
very accurate rock-thrower. But these images were just thrown in with
no real connection other than the ghost story set-up. And there was
a bit of dialogue that connected the two inbred (brothers?) to the
isolated sanitarium/institution, but that just sorta faded away as well.
I understand the reason for all that, but felt the most powerful aspects of
the film were woefully underutilized in favor of emphasizing the usual
slasher motif of picking off the victims one by one.

Sure be interested to see mikeslasher86's view on Isolation.
