My Recent Posts
I just have to thank the creator of this thread. I wondered what it might develop into at first, but it has been an amazing trip that opens my eyes to some new stuff I have not been exposed to, while revisiting comforting classics.
Also, great post with Planet P.! That's one of those great 80's songs that I most certainly would have forgotten about, not remembering title or band. But thanks to your post, it's in the archives now!
Of the recent few, I say... Wayne, you are just a joy to listen to. Truly a disciple of the genius himself; it's as if he's still playing. I will invest a few bucks and pick up the cd as well.
Carnacki, I love this band, Alchemist, and their take on the song. I am also a fan of the 'original' and when I hear The Moody Blues singing Forever Autumn on the radio I still can hear Burton's voice.
And Keely Smith's voice is like molasses. Smooth and satisfying.
