Ol' Slowhand himself, Eric Clapton, with the late Michael Kamen performing their initial collaboration the theme to the British TV miniseries "Edge of Darkness". They of course later collaborated on the Lethal Weapon films where Clapton's bluesy guitar gave Mel Gibson and Danny Glover a bit more emotional depth, but I still think this is their best collaboration: Clapton's soulful playing beautifully compliments Kamen's atmospheric score for the espionage thriller.

I'm enjoying discovering all this great music you guys are sharing!
